  1. If you will be a patient of our Main Operating Room (OR), please use the East Lobby entrance on the 3rd floor of the 1295 NW 14th Street parking garage.
  2. If you are having a GI Procedure or going to the Ambulatory OR, please use the 1st-floor entrance from the 1295 NW 14th Street parking garage.
  3. If you are coming by a ride service (Uber, Lyft, taxi), please have them drop you off at the West Lobby entrance at 1321 NW 14th Street.

Getting Here

  1. The 12th Avenue main entrance is currently closed for construction.
  2. Access to the parking garage is via 14th Street only (1295 NW 14th St.).
  3. Valet service is available at the West Lobby (1321 NW 14th St.).
