- If you will be a patient of our Main Operating Room (OR), please use the East Lobby entrance on the 3rd floor of the 1295 NW 14th Street parking garage.
- If you are having a GI Procedure or going to the Ambulatory OR, please use the 1st-floor entrance from the 1295 NW 14th Street parking garage.
- If you are coming by a ride service (Uber, Lyft, taxi), please have them drop you off at the West Lobby entrance at 1321 NW 14th Street.
Getting Here
- The 12th Avenue main entrance is currently closed for construction.
- Access to the parking garage is via 14th Street only (1295 NW 14th St.).
- Valet service is available at the West Lobby (1321 NW 14th St.).
