Instructions

  1. For same day medical appointments, established patients must call (918) 332-4363 Mon-Fri starting at 7:30am.
  2. New patients or patients reestablishing care (two years inactive) must call (918) 332-4430, starting at 8:00 a.m. on the first Wednesday of the month. You must leave a voice message with your name, date of birth and a callback number.
  3. Patients having a dental emergency such as facial swelling or severe pain must call the dental department between 8 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. prior to arriving at the clinic.
