Instructions

  1. If you are coming to the hospital for an appointment in the Ambulatory Care Department you must arrive 30 minutes early to register.
  2. Patients should arrive early for their Diagnostic Imaging appointment. Registration takes place in the main lobby using a numbering system.
  3. All Diagnostic Imaging examinations require a physician’s order and you must have a valid health card.

Getting Here

  1. Diagnostic Imaging is located on the main floor just down the hall from registration.
  2. Ambulatory Care is located on the lower level at the Midland site and is accessible via the stairs in the main lobby or the elevator.
  3. The Diagnostic Imaging Department is located on the main level just past the switchboard and near the Emergency Department.
