Patients requiring diagnostic imaging services such as X-Rays, Fluoroscopy, Mammography, Ultrasound, and Bone Densitometry.

Please call the telephone number of the location you intend to visit to book an appointment (appointment is necessary for all examinations except for X-Ray).
BMD examinations are on walk-in basis for Aurora, Bathurst, and Chalmerâ€™s Gate locations.
Bring requisition form, OHIP Card, and any previous films or reports related to your current study.
