Instructions
- Please call the telephone number of the location you intend to visit to book an appointment (appointment is necessary for all examinations except for X-Ray).
- BMD examinations are on walk-in basis for Aurora, Bathurst, and Chalmer’s Gate locations.
- Bring requisition form, OHIP Card, and any previous films or reports related to your current study.
