South-mid-west Toronto, bordered by Bloor Street, Yonge Street, the Lakeshore, and Parkside Drive. Service area restrictions do not apply for individuals who are homeless, Indigenous peoples, or those accessing dental or harm reduction services. For non-OHIP insured clients, boundaries extend north to Dupont Avenue.
