Instructions
- If you have any respiratory symptoms, sore throat, feel unwell or have a fever: PLEASE WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES WHILE IN THE OFFICE (INCLUDING IF YOU ARE IN THE ROOM BY YOURSELF).
- Please request that your pharmacy fax us for any refills and we will be happy to do it by fax (try to do it at least 2 weeks in advance).
- All controlled substances: narcotics, benzodiazepines and ADHD medications have to be refilled in person.
