Instructions

  1. For EVLA, avoid strenuous exercise for 3-4 weeks after the procedure, avoid long plane or car trips for 3-4 weeks.
  2. For Varicose and Spider Veins treatment, wear heavy compression stockings for 48 hours continuously, then during the day for two weeks. Walk briskly for one hour immediately after treatment. Elevate treated leg intermittently for six hours over the first 24 hours. Avoid strenuous activity, heavy lifting, weight training, abdominal exercise, long baths, and hot tubs for two weeks. Avoid sun exposure/tanning beds if planning cosmetic sclerotherapy. Do not fly for at least two weeks after treatment.
