Instructions

  1. Medical masks are required to be worn in all Foundry centres for health care workers, visitors, contractors and volunteers in patient care areas as of October 3rd, 2023.
  2. For emergency contraception (Plan B), call to book a time to avoid waiting.
  3. The Primary Care clinic is currently not accepting new patients for youth that do not have a primary care provider; youth are encouraged to stay connected to their existing family doctor or nurse practitioner.
