- All patients are required to produce a valid Health card prior to each visit (if covered on the provincial OHIP health plan).
- This office closes for lunch for one hour, weekdays between 12 noon and 2 pm, the exact time dictated by patient flow. Patient care will resume at the end of the lunch period.
- This is not an emergency care facility. Please proceed to your nearest hospital emergency room if you require emergency care.
