  1. All patients are required to produce a valid Health card prior to each visit (if covered on the provincial OHIP health plan).
  2. This office closes for lunch for one hour, weekdays between 12 noon and 2 pm, the exact time dictated by patient flow. Patient care will resume at the end of the lunch period.
  3. This is not an emergency care facility. Please proceed to your nearest hospital emergency room if you require emergency care.
