Instructions

  1. Parents may call the NICU any time, day or night, to get information about their baby’s condition, avoiding calls during shift changes (7-7:30 a.m., 3-3:30 p.m., 11-11:30 p.m.).
  2. At least one of the baby’s parents must be present for visitors.
  3. All visitors must scrub their hands and clean their cell phone with an alcohol wipe before each visit.
