Patients with urgent, non-life-threatening illnesses or injuries who cannot see their family doctor or access a walk-in clinic in a timely manner.

Instructions

  1. Answer a few questions to see if a call from an Urgent and Primary Care nurse is the best next step for you.
  2. For life-threatening illnesses or injuries, call 911 or go to the Emergency Department.
  3. If you do not understand or speak English well enough, a medical interpreter can be provided by phone or video.
