  1. Call your insurance to confirm coverage with Dr. Adam Nickel.
  2. Be proactive in your care.
  3. For fetal movement monitoring: One-half hour after eating a regular meal, lie down on your LEFT side. Count fetal movements. You should feel ten (10) fetal movements within two (2) hours. As soon as you have felt ten (10) fetal movements, you can resume normal activity. GO TO THE HOSPITAL IMMEDIATLEY if two (2) hours have passed and you have not felt ten (10) fetal movements. The Hospital will notify Dr. Nickel when you have arrived.
