  1. DO NOT present to the clinic if you, or anyone accompanying you has ANY signs of illness. Please call and a plan will be made over the phone.
  2. Allow 5 extra minutes to find parking.
  3. If you or your support person has accessibility needs, please let us know upon booking your first appointment.

Getting Here

  1. Located between First and Second Ave on a one-way street.
  2. Three parking spots are available in the front driveway.
  3. On-street parking is available, with metered parking on Second Ave between Elm St and Maple, and non-metered parking between Elm and Mountjoy.
