Children from birth to eighteen years of age needing after-hours care for non-emergency conditions. Patients must have a valid Health Card.

Instructions

  1. A valid Health Card must be presented on every visit.
  2. A mask MUST be worn by anyone entering the clinic.
  3. ONLY one parent accompanies the child into the clinic.

  1. One clinic is located on Sheppard Ave E just west of Leslie St. in North York, and the other is on the Danforth east of Broadview Ave. in Toronto.
