Instructions
- For ALL allergy injection patients at ALL locations – injections are by appointment only. Please refer to the shot calendar for hours by location.
- Patients requesting MCAS evaluation must have been seen by their Primary Care Physician within the past year and have lab results demonstrating tryptase >= 15 and/or bone marrow biopsy demonstrating mast cell infiltrates prior to making an appointment.
- For new biologic medication patients, please allow 2-4 weeks for processing. The biologics department will obtain the Prior Authorization from insurance on your behalf and send the prescription to your mandated Specialty Pharmacy.

- From our current Brighton office, travel 1.5 miles West on Grand River towards Howell, just past Bordine's Garden Ctr.
