Instructions

  1. For ALL allergy injection patients at ALL locations – injections are by appointment only. Please refer to the shot calendar for hours by location.
  2. Patients requesting MCAS evaluation must have been seen by their Primary Care Physician within the past year and have lab results demonstrating tryptase >= 15 and/or bone marrow biopsy demonstrating mast cell infiltrates prior to making an appointment.
  3. For new biologic medication patients, please allow 2-4 weeks for processing. The biologics department will obtain the Prior Authorization from insurance on your behalf and send the prescription to your mandated Specialty Pharmacy.

  1. From our current Brighton office, travel 1.5 miles West on Grand River towards Howell, just past Bordine's Garden Ctr.
  2. on the right.
  3. We will be sharing an office with APM&R.
